Rules for using
237Edu.

By using 237Edu, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are not old enough to manage an online account or payment where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve and supervise your use of 237Edu AI.

• Searching and viewing Results does not require an account and is not charged.
• 237Edu is independent from examination boards, schools, ministries, and government agencies.
• Published source documents remain authoritative. A 237Edu result page or generated PNG is not an official certificate or transcript.
• Do not use automated access to overload the service, copy the full database, bypass controls, or interfere with other users.

• Provide an email address you control and accurate information needed to operate the account.
• Keep sign-in codes and account access private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
• One verified Google email may be linked to an existing 237Edu email-code account using the same address.
• We may restrict or close an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, repeated payment disputes, or attempts to bypass service limits.

• You may use AI for lawful study, writing, analysis, and related personal tasks.
• Do not use it to harm, threaten, exploit, deceive, impersonate, invade privacy, distribute malware, or violate another person's rights.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
• Follow school and examination rules. 237Edu does not authorize submitting generated work where AI assistance is prohibited.
• AI output can be wrong. You decide whether and how to use it and must review important work yourself.

You keep any rights you already have in prompts and files you submit. You give 237Edu and its service providers permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output. Similar output may be produced for other users, and 237Edu does not promise that output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

• AI usage is deducted from the 237Edu credit balance according to recorded model usage and the price configured for that model.
• Top-up amounts and available payment methods are shown before checkout. Stripe or Flutterwave processes the payment, depending on the option selected.
• A payment is credited only after provider confirmation. A pending or failed payment does not create spendable credit.
• If a completed charge is not credited, contact support with the provider reference before attempting the same payment again.
• Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks are handled according to the payment facts, provider rules, and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

237Edu may add, remove, or change result sessions, AI models, prices, payment methods, limits, and features. Maintenance, upstream provider problems, or network conditions may interrupt the service. We do not promise that every feature or model will always be available. When practical, material pricing or Terms changes will be posted before they take effect.

237Edu is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for an official decision made without checking the original result source, for reliance on unverified AI output, or for loss caused by a provider or network outside 237Edu's reasonable control. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

You may stop using Results at any time. For account closure, data deletion, payment disputes, or questions about these Terms, email nfonjeannoel+237edu@gmail.com. Some payment, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal records may remain after account closure as described in the Privacy Policy.
