What 237Edu
does with data.

• A search query, examination level, and year are sent to the 237Edu server so it can return matching result records.
• No account is required, and a result search is not intentionally attached to an AI account.
• Favourites and recently viewed result IDs are stored in your browser or app storage. Clearing that storage removes them from that device.

• A 237Edu account contains an email address, display name, account identifier, and account status.
• Google sign-in gives 237Edu your verified email, name, and Google's stable identifier for that account. 237Edu does not receive your Google password.
• For email-code sign-in, Resend processes the recipient address and message-delivery information needed to send the code.
• Session records and security information such as user agent may be stored to keep you signed in and protect the account. A normal 237Edu session lasts up to 30 days.

• AI prompts, conversation history, model choice, generated replies, and uploaded files are processed to provide the chat service.
• 237Edu uses a self-hosted LibreChat service for conversation history and file handling.
• Model requests pass through OpenRouter and are then sent to the model provider selected for that request. Provider retention and training rules can differ by model and routing option.
• Do not put passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials, confidential records, or information about another person into an AI chat unless you are authorized to share it.

• 237Edu stores wallet balances, credit and debit entries, checkout status, provider references, amounts, currency, and enough account information to reconcile a transaction.
• Stripe processes card payments. 237Edu does not store your full card number or card security code.
• Flutterwave processes supported Mobile Money payments and receives the email address, phone number, amount, and payment method needed for the transaction.
• Payment records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations even after an account closes.

237Edu records limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timing, error type, service health, and security events. Error reporting is designed to remove authorization headers, cookies, email addresses, search text, and other common personal fields before an event is sent to configured monitoring. No scrubbing system is perfect, so access to operational logs is limited and they are kept only as long as needed for diagnosis, security, and legal obligations.

Depending on the feature you use, data may be processed by Google, Resend, Stripe, Flutterwave, OpenRouter, the selected AI model provider, and configured hosting or error monitoring providers. Some processing may take place outside Cameroon. These companies handle data under their own terms and privacy policies as well as the instructions 237Edu gives them for the service.

• Device-only favourites and recents remain until you clear them or clear the app/browser data.
• Account information is retained while the account is active and for the limited period needed to finish deletion, prevent abuse, or meet legal duties.
• Conversations and uploads remain in the AI service until they are deleted there or a supported deletion request is completed. Deleting a main 237Edu account may not remove third-party transaction records.
• Backups may retain deleted records for a limited recovery period before they are overwritten.

• You can use Results without creating an account.
• You can delete individual AI conversations using the controls available in the chat service.
• To request access, correction, account deletion, or help deleting AI data, email nfonjeannoel+237edu@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
• You may also have rights under the data-protection or consumer law that applies where you live.

Results can be searched without an account. If you are not old enough to manage an online account or make a payment under the law where you live, use 237Edu AI only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian can contact us about an account or deletion request.
